交通運輸部公路局副局長孫永紅近日透露，推動取消高速公路省界收費站，在部級層面已經初步形成總體的工作方案和技術方案。目前正在組織開展技術測試和驗證，并且同步研究取消省界收費站以后可能出現的問題和相應的對策。

孫永紅稱，國務院常務會做出了“推動取消高速公路省界收費站”的決策部署之后，交通運輸部堅決貫徹國務院的決策部署，把這項工作納入到“深化收費公路改革，降低過路過橋費用”的工作范疇，統籌聯合推進。

我國的收費管理體制和我們整個建設體制一樣，一直是實行以省為主的管理體制。取消高速公路省界收費站就會打破原來以省為單位的收費體制。看似簡單，實際上涉及到技術攻關、設施建設、運營管理機制和制度的修訂和重構，工作量非常大。

孫永紅表示，交通運輸部組織有關單位堅決貫徹落實國務院常務會議的部署，積極地開展了大量的工作，經過三個多月的集中調研和論證，目前部級層面我們已經初步形成了總體的工作方案和技術方案。正在組織開展技術測試和驗證，并且同步研究取消省界收費站以后可能出現的問題和相應的對策。
